The contribution made to our work by all our volunteers is crucial. About half of our volunteers perform office work, others conduct research for programme staff or help out with general tasks in finance, human resources or development. Climate Change
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in international development and environmental issues who can provide assistance with Mercy Corps' Cool Carbon initiative, particularly with coordinating the eco-schools and faith communities element. Tasks will include: administratative support, running workshops and web/social network monitoring.The position offers a significant opportunity for an individual seeking to gain experience in the international development sector and would be particularly suited to someone wanting to gain practical experience on climate change issues.
