As the hunger crisis continues to worsen across the Sahel, even emergency food for malnourished children is not going far enough. Hazidatou Dgiba, who cares for her seven orphaned grandchildren, was turned away from the Government Health Centre in Toukounous, Niger, because they had run out of rations.
