These look very interesting. The situation here is that we have to be very careful with these yoga classes. People are concerned that they are trying to teach different religious practices. So, we generally express that yoga is a way to foster greater focus and concentration, and to reduce stress, and to promote personal awareness. I would be very happy if these kids use yoga to help overcome some of the trauma they face in these very vulnerable neighborhoods. We developed these tools especially for displaced kids, kids that have been exploited sexually, and kids who have suffered high levels of violence and conflict in their lives. This class you see that Dan has filmed is one of their first, so topics that provide opportunities to overcome these other issues are being introduced as well.
