How You Can Help:

Haiti Earthquake

  • Donate $16 to supply a "comfort kit" — which includes a blanket, sketchpad, crayons and toys — to a child in Haiti.
  • Donate $75 to equip and pay a Port-au-Prince resident for two weeks of recovery work.
  • Or go a step further by creating a personal fundraising page and asking friends and family to join you in making a difference.

Volunteering in Haiti

Unfortunately Mercy Corps does not send volunteers to our programs overseas, even in emergencies. Our staff is made up of paid professionals, and we hire people locally. We also don't accept donations of disaster-relief items from the general public. Click here to read more.
