Operation Silver Bullet

October 1, 2010

A warm welcome to all of those taking part in the 2010 Operation Silver Bullet, Mercy Corps is delighted to be the beneficiary charity for this brand new event!

The 10 brave adventurers who are taking part this year will travel the exotic Eastern Himalayas on vintage Royal Enfield Bullets on a 6 day odyssey of discovery. A fantastic journey that will take them to the highest reaches of the Singalila Forest reserve, through the Orchid rich state of Sikkim before finally reaching, Bhutan-the country of the peaceful dragon.

Mercy Corps are hoping to raise £10,000 from this event which will go towards a new potable water project in Darjeeling, India, further detail can be found here.

We know that fundraising can seem like a daunting task, but we are here to support you every step of the way. Our events coordinator Sandra Dow will be delighted to hear from you, contact her on +44 (0) 131 662 5176 or email
